This classic motif, revived in the 2021 Ref. 6119, is showcased here through a specialized case construction where the lugs are integrated into the case back, allowing the hobnail pattern to wrap seamlessly around the side.
Dial: The charcoal gray dial exudes a vintage charm, featuring a black gradient (fumé) effect toward the periphery. Its subtle granular texture is inspired by the casing of vintage cameras. The dial is appointed with gold applied numerals with a beige luminescent coating and a discreet "railway track" seconds scale. The white gold syringe-style hour and minute hands are also treated with beige luminescence. A date window is positioned at 3 o'clock, featuring beige numerals against a black background.
Movement: Powered by the Cal. 26-330 S C (based on the 9015). The movement plates and bridges are meticulously finished with chamfered edges and polished rims. It features exquisite perlage and Côtes de Genève (Geneva stripes), with gold-plated engravings on the bridge surfaces. Screw slots are polished and beveled to perfection. The movement is finished with the prestigious Patek Philippe Seal, ensuring the aesthetic details closely mirror the genuine timepiece.
Strap: The Ref. 5226G-001 comes with two interchangeable straps: one in beige calfskin with a nubuck finish, and the other in black calfskin featuring an embossed textile motif and beige contrast stitching. Both straps are equipped with a white gold prong buckle and quick-release spring bars, making strap changes effortless and convenient.
